The rules have changed somewhat for the patient survey. The Government now carries out a quarterly patient survey with random patients selected and asked to participate by the consultancy firm Ipsos-Mori (who create most of the opinion polls for the government).
The practice is graded according to not only your response, but also the number of responses. So please if you receive a survey request please fill it in and send it off.
We continue to receive a very high level of support from those patients surveyed so far, for which we are very grateful. This does help us to look at the areas you think we need to improve on.
